232 km 2D seismic data acquired in May 2010 and interpreted confirming a significant 4-way dip closed prospect.

The Company exercised its option to enter into a Production Sharing Contract which was approved and signed on July 27, 2011.

Location for the first exploration well approved. Planning underway to drill in 2012.

Atrush Block

Significant Jurassic oil discovery announced in April 2011 Atrush-1 spudded October 5, 2010. Total depth 3400m reached January 21, 2011.

Atrush-2 location construction underway for 2012 drilling. Well to be followed by Atrush-3.

Planning for Early Production facility to commence operations in 2012. Atrush-1 to be recompleted for production.
